'As a newcomer to Pilates I was not sure what to expect, but Julia quickly put me at ease. It is clear that Julia has an expert knowledge in the subject and is able to guide you through the movements very precisely. The classes are nothing like a standard gym class as you are getting very personal feedback from Julia, not just instructions shouted from the front of the room. I feel that part of Julia’s mission is to teach the philosophy of Pilates which underpins the discipline and is very important to getting the most out of the exercise.
